Betty is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and has more than 20 years of experience in this field, all of it as an independent agent selling and servicing policies. Betty has also served as a claims specialist.

Role

​

Excellent customer service is Betty’s top priority, and in her role, she strives to educate policyholders and assist them in finding the most appropriate coverage at a competitive price, whether it be for new insurance coverage or making a change to a policy. Betty assists new and existing clients with everything from gathering information and preparing a quote, to making car changes and handling claims. She also reviews policies as part of her role on the Personal Lines Team.

Outside of Work

Family is important to Betty and she enjoys spending her husband, two children and three grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, reading, painting and attending art/cultural events.

Betty most enjoys working with clients and establishing long-term relationships built on trust and integrity. She whole-heartedly believes that working with an independent agency gives a better opportunity to find the right fit and coverage for a broad range of coverage needs.
