Theresa has wide variety of insurance knowledge and experience.  She has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, both in the medical professional and commercial (business) and property and casualty (home, auto, umbrella) fields.

Role

​

As an Account Manager, Theresa works closely with our clients to protect what they have worked so hard for. She reviews and explains coverages in easy to understand terms, and helps clients when there are changes to their policies. She is happy to assist with billing and payment questions, and makes sure to review policies on a regular basis. Theresa understands how important the client is, and will go the extra mile to provide top notch service.

Outside of Work

If Theresa is not working, one can probably find her on the lake. She loves to boat and fish, as well as bowl, golf, read and do needlepoint.
