Josie has her license in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Life Insurance. She has been selling and servicing insurance for more than 20 years, being part of both the captive and independent insurance industries.

Role

Josie leads the commercial and personal lines departments at Eagle Point Insurance, where she oversees daily service operations and team management. She plays a key role in driving agency growth by guiding clients through both new business quoting, onboarding and policy renewals. Her dual focus ensures that every client receives dependable, high-quality care for all of their insurance needs.

Outside of Work

Josie keeps busy outside of work with her family that includes her fiancé and two daughters. Josie enjoys reading, cooking, live music and theater.

Josie appreciates the ease and flexibility that being part of an independent agency provides. She likes being able to accommodate a variety of different situations and building relationships and trust with her clients.
